Bespoke designs are made-to-order and tailored specifically to your measurements, preferences, and styling requirements, with a dedicated production timeline.

What is your standard timeline?
Our standard customization timeline is 14–21 days (2–3 weeks), depending on the design and level of detailing.

Do you have a return/exchange/refund policy?
As all bespoke and customized orders are made to order, a 50% advance payment is required and is non-refundable.
Ready-to-ship articles are eligible for a one-week exchange, subject to verification based on the product condition as captured in the order receiving videos.
